Phone Box

The walk along the brae to Kirkton in February is a good time to see the snowdrops that increase every year. The phone box is now owned by the community and is tidied and cared for by locals. When other boxes were being decommissioned and removed this one was allowed to remain as a crucial landmark used by salmon fishermen on the Tay and as an emergency contact for the coastguard in case anyone was spotted getting into trouble out on the river.
